Hello! I’m Dr. Nikki, a physical therapist for more than 20 years. During that time I’ve helped thousands of people from former professional athletes, to your great-aunt Mildred who needed help recovering from a broken hip. And I can help you.
I’ve completed 5 Ironman races, trained Ironman and triathlon athletes, run a 50-mile race, and biked in multiple-day races, and yet found myself frustrated, making unhealthy choices, picking anything over working out, a year into Covid.
Only after realizing that and connecting with a coach did I start putting my health first. I started treating myself how I treat my clients and taking my own mobility, strength, and health advice.
I set a goal to walk across England and six months later, I did.
Then I set a goal to bike across Ireland, be able to play with my niece and nephew and do the things that I love doing without pain.
And I did. And you can too.
